Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a welcoming Front Office Guest Services Agent to greet guests on arrival, assist with directions and recommendations, and maintain a polished lobby presence.

You will liaise with Front Office and Guest Relations teams to anticipate guest needs, monitor lobby activity, and ensure a seamless, high-end experience for our SO/ Icons in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive demeanor and polished appearance.
