Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, part of Rixos Hotels Gulf, seeks a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest service in a five-star luxury environment. The role requires at least 1 year of luxury hotel experience, and a diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.

Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
• Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma and Degree from preferably hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in five star luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language - Russian is mandatory.
• Addtional foreign languages such; Russian, Turkish, Arabic preferred
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
