Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of LNG shipping operations experience within oil majors or trading houses.
• Sea-going experience on tanker vessels is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of multi-commodity shipping operations.
• Good understanding of Time Charter Party agreements.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of natural gas and LNG trading operations from contract to final settlement.
• Coordinate closely with traders, LNG charterers, terminals, shippers, and counterparties for accurate gas scheduling.
• Plan and strategise vessel movements jointly with trading and operations teams.
• Monitor nominations, allocations, balancing, and settlement processes for LNG contracts.
• Manage shipping and logistics documentation in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Optimise LNG loading and unloading activities.
