Job summary

BEACON RED, an EDGE Group entity, is hiring an Associate - LMS Support to operate the Learning Management System and VE training activities in Abu Dhabi. The role covers creating and maintaining courses, enrolling learners and instructors, managing schedules and records, generating reports, and safeguarding data integrity.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in education tech, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and hands-on LMS experience with Blackboard/Brightspace/Moodle.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum Bachelor degree in Multimedia, technical or education fields.
• 5 years of knowledge systems experience in education and training.
• Hands-on experience with Implementation of learning management systems and other educational technologies at scale.
• Vocationally qualified trainer, assessor and internal verifier Relevant IT or multimedia certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Supervised use of Workflow systems (Sharepoint or similar).
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle or similar).
• Familiarity with working in small team, with demanding deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform the administrative functions of a learning management system.
• Support design and development of customised systems to support processes.
• Support Training Delivery, Assessment And Quality Assurance As Required.
