Job summary

The American University in the Emirates is looking for a motivated E-Learning Officer to enhance the University’s e-learning environment. This role involves working closely with faculty and students to effectively utilize Learning Management Systems and other educational technologies.

Preferred candidates will hold a degree in Educational Technology or a related field and possess 2–5 years of experience in instructional technology or e-learning. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in e-learning, instructional technology, or educational technology support.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and online learning principles.
• Ability to create user guides and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the University’s Learning Management System.
• Provide technical support for faculty and students.
