Job summary

TOCUMULUS in Dubai, UAE is seeking an L&D professional with 2–4 years of experience to manage learning initiatives, LMS operations, course creation, and training coordination. You will collaborate with vendors and OEMs, leverage AI tools for content creation, and develop engaging e‑learning materials.

Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, excellent communication, and vendor management abilities are essential to drive learning impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, HR/L&D, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with any LMS platform.
• Good knowledge of AI tools and digital learning solutions.
• Strong PowerPoint, presentation, and course/content creation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good vendor management, OEM coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the LMS, including course creation, enrollment, assessments, tracking, and reports.
• Create training content, e-learning courses, presentations, quizzes, and learning materials.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, learning solutions, and L&D automation.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, trainers, SMEs, and employees.
• Manage OEM and training vendor relationships, including obtaining and comparing quotations.
• Negotiate with vendors/OEMs on pricing, discounts, schedules, and commercial terms.
• Prepare L&D presentations, reports, and management updates.
• Track training participation, completion, feedback, and effectiveness.
