Marlin Selection Recruitment is seeking an LME‑focused metals sales professional to join the Dubai desk. The role blends new business development with client relationship management, targeting the Middle East and Indian markets.

You will own client relationships from onboarding to ongoing trading, coordinating with international market‑making desks. The candidate should have strong base/precious metals knowledge and familiarity with trading platforms; willingness to travel across the region is

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years' experience in base metals and/or precious metals.
• Track record of originating and developing new business in Middle East/India metals markets.
• Established network of industry contacts.
• Strong knowledge of LME base metals products and derivatives markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across the Middle East and India.
• Originate new business with industrial, trading and institutional counterparties.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships for day-to-day trading and market requirements.
• Coordinate client orders with international desks and provide market intelligence.
