Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, AI, Psychology or a related field.
• Previous experience in revenue-growth or user-growth roles in internet industries such as LIVE streaming or gaming is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Strong content sense, analytical thinking, and user empathy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, able to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and strategy development for creator growth and revenue drivers.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to optimise tools and campaigns for revenue growth.
• Design and iterate Revenue campaigns, including AI-assisted improvements and post-mortem analyses.
• Assist in budgeting and resource management for operational tasks.
• Develop understanding of LIVE content ecosystems, trends, and audience preferences.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance across regions.
