Job summary

Qureos in Dubai is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support to coordinate day-to-day operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet. You will ensure vehicle availability, manage maintenance, repairs, energy needs, and operational supplies while adhering to procedures.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in fleet or automotive operations, and comfort with technology-driven automotive environments. UAE driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet or automotive operations is preferred.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
• Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience in a technology-driven automotive environment is beneficial.
• UAE automotive or fleet exposure is advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle-related operational activities within the city or area.
• Maintain vehicle management procedures per standards.
• Schedule routine maintenance and servicing.
• Support repair activities and follow up on completion.
• Coordinate fueling, charging or energy requirements.
• Ensure vehicles are ready and available when required.
• Maintain records of maintenance and operations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers.
• Support day-to-day management of the autonomous vehicle fleet.
