Job summary

TikTok LIVE is seeking an intern to support VIP user operations, assist with inquiries, and help gather feedback from paid and VIP users. You will help analyze content and user data to drive insights and improve engagement with the live streaming community.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or media, fluent in English and Arabic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a business, marketing, communications, media, or data-related field.
• Fluent or working proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Interest in user operations, community building, and live streaming/social media industries.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using basic data/reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other live-streaming platforms.
• Understanding of MENA/SA cultural nuances and local user preferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day VIP user operation inquiries and support.
• Conduct NPS research and surveys for paid/VIP users.
• Provide VIP user care, including gift distribution, feedback follow-up, and related engagement activities.
• Perform content analysis to deepen paid user understanding and generate actionable insights.
• Carry out daily data monitoring to support the team's operations and reporting.
