Job summary

TikTok is seeking a highly strategic LIVE Revenue Growth Strategy & Operations Intern in Dubai to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product. Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in economics, AI, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in revenue growth or user growth in internet sector (LIVE streaming, gaming, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and strategy development with Data Analysis team. Assist in dashboards and reports; identify growth levers.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to optimise tools and localise initiatives; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute ideas for innovative campaign formats; configure revenue campaigns and perform post-mortem analyses.
• Assist in budgets and operation resources analysis and recommendations on adjustments.
• Understand LIVE content ecosystem; analyze performance and identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Ensure awareness of regulations and mitigate potential risks across regions.
