Job summary

LINKVIVA is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our social presence across Instagram, TikTok and beyond, guiding strategy, content creation, and real-time coverage for high-impact campaigns. You will work with creatives, content teams, and external partners to deliver on-brand, engaging storytelling before, during, and after events, with a focus on audience growth and measurable results in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or live events.
• Strong digital storytelling with experience in short-form video and live content
• Highly creative with a strong eye for content, trends, and audience engagement
• Confident managing multiple platforms and fast-paced content schedules
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a social media strategy and content plan across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others)
• Lead content creation and publishing, including reels, stories, and behind‑the‑scenes content
• Oversee live content delivery, capturing and posting in real‑time during activations and events
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and driving interaction
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams to produce content
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives
• Track performance and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify reach
• Identify and act on trends and opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant
• Support content approvals, scheduling, and publishing workflows
