Job summary

LINKVIVA in Dubai seeks a Social Media Manager to own the brand’s social media presence across platforms. You will lead strategy, content creation, and real-time execution before, during, and after campaigns to ensure engaging content that aligns with business objectives.

This hands-on role requires a strong storytelling ability, platform versatility, and the capacity to work in high-energy live environments. English and Arabic fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or live experiences
• Strong digital storytelling with short-form video and live content
• Creative with a keen eye for content, trends, and audience engagement
• Confident across multiple platforms and fast-paced content schedules
• Strong writing and captioning skills
• Proactive hands-on content creation and delivery
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and live event schedules

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a social media strategy and content plan across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others)
• Lead content creation and publishing, including reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
• Oversee live content delivery, capturing and posting in real time during activations and events
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and driving interaction
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams to produce content
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives
• Track performance and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify reach
• Identify and act on trends and opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant
• Support content approvals, scheduling, and publishing workflows
