Job summary

Electra is seeking a proactive Site Manager in Dubai to oversee the setup, management, and breakdown of event sites on a project basis. You will lead multiple teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure adherence to safety standards for timely, safe operations from build-up to dismantling.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with event organizers and internal teams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within events, exhibitions, or live productions.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities during event build-up, live event days, and dismantling phases.
• Ensure site layouts are prepared, marked, and delivered in line with event requirements and safety standards.
• Supervise crews, contractors, and vendors involved in setup and breakdown.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols across the site.
• Act as the main point of contact with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor site progress against project timelines and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Oversee logistics, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency on-site.
• Ensure the site is properly restored and cleaned post-event.
