Job summary

Alcenza in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Listing Manager to oversee property listings across UAE portals, ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization for visibility and lead generation.

You will manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and on the company site, coordinate photos and videos, maintain CRM, and work with agents to keep pricing and availability up to date. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate listings or portal management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE property portals and listing regulations.
• Excellent written English and high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and manage property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company website.
• Write engaging and accurate property descriptions while coordinating professional photos and videos.
• Ensure all listings comply with RERA, DLD, and Trakheesi permit requirements.
• Monitor listing performance, quality scores, and refresh listings to improve lead generation.
• Coordinate with agents to update property availability, pricing, and listing details.
• Maintain an organized and accurate CRM and property listing database.

Alcenza is looking for a detail-oriented Listing Manager to join its real estate team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience managing property listings who can ensure online listings remain accurate, compliant, and optimized for maximum visibility and lead generation.

The successful candidate will oversee property listings across leading UAE property portals, maintain listing quality, coordinate marketing assets, and work closely with real estate agents to ensure property information is always up to date.
