Job summary

CoolIT Systems in Dubai seeks a Specialist Liquid Cooling Engineer to drive strategic technical engagements with hyperscalers and design partners across the EMEA region.

You will be the primary technical interface, delivering advanced liquid cooling solutions and guiding customers from concept to deployment, while collaborating with sales, design and product teams to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Experience with liquid cooling solutions in data centers and related industries.
• Able to consult, train and mentor internal teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel to Europe and work across regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to support strategic opportunities.
• Consult on thermal management solutions to improve system performance.
• Engage with designers/clients to define tech requirements and provide training.
• Lead root-cause analysis to resolve application or best-practice issues at customer sites.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on innovation projects and pilots.
• Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials and market tests.
• Deliver value to customers by applying a problem-solving mindset.
• Mentor colleagues and customers, sharing specialized knowledge.
