Job summary

CoolIT Systems, a global leader in liquid cooling, seeks an experienced Project Manager for Professional Services in the UAE. You will lead end-to-end deployments from design to closeout, coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to meet client requirements and business goals.

The role emphasizes risk, cost, and resource management in data center cooling deployments, with international travel as needed. A strong engineering background and 5 years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 5 years of project or program management in data center, cooling, or complex technical deployments.
• Strong engineering principles and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and prioritizing deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% with valid passport and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and maintain projects; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Independently design, validate, and deliver cooling solutions meeting specs.
• Allocate resources and manage ASP, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor and control project costs; prevent overruns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and report progress.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
