Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-lift checks, toolbox talks and risk assessments before lifting begins.
• Monitor lifting operations and stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.
• Ensure lifting zones are barricaded and loads are kept clear.
• Maintain lifting-operation records and report defects or incidents.

Required Skills

Lifting Operations Supervision: Ability to control lifting activities safely from preparation through completion.
