Qualifications

• LEEA Approved Lifting Supervisor Course or equivalent lifting supervisor certification.
• Good knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices, and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in lifting operations.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate lifting operations on-site.
• Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with approved lifting plans.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Inspect lifting equipment and accessories before use.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site personnel.
• Monitor lifting operations and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
