Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a Lifting Supervisor to lead on-site lifting operations in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate lift plans, supervise crane crews, and ensure strict safety compliance across all tasks.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in lifting supervision, deep knowledge of lifting equipment, and strong leadership and communication abilities to mentor staff and drive safe practices on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all lifting activities on site and review lift plans.
• Manage crane operators, riggers, and lifting personnel for safe execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote safety culture.
• Monitor lifting equipment and keep it in good working condition.
• Maintain records of lift plans, risk assessments, and incidents.
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders on updates.
• Train and mentor new lifting personnel to ensure skill development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new procedures.
