Job summary

Astra Engineering & Construction in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking experienced Lifting Supervisors to join our project teams. You will plan, supervise and safely execute lifting operations in line with ADNOC safety standards.

The role requires 5–6 years in lifting operations, a Diploma, and a valid Lifting Supervisor certificate; ADNOC third‑party certification is preferred, with coordination of crane crews and riggers.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in lifting operations.
• Diploma or lifting technical qualification.
• ADNOC approved third-party certificate.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC lifting guidelines and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of lifting operations according to approved plans.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC safety standards.
• Coordinate crane operators, riggers, signalmen and site supervisors.
• Review lifting plans, methods and risk assessments.
• Inspect equipment: cranes, slings, shackles, hooks.
