Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a Lifting Supervisor to lead on-site lifting operations in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate lift plans, supervise crane crews, and ensure strict safety compliance across all tasks.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in lifting supervision, deep knowledge of lifting equipment, and strong leadership and communication abilities to mentor staff and drive safe practices on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all lifting activities on site and review lift plans.

Salary : 3500 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all lifting activities on site, including reviewing lift plans and conducting site inspections
• Manage a team of crane operators, riggers, and other lifting personnel to ensure safe and efficient execution of all lifting tasks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety among the lifting team
• Monitor and maintain lifting equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
• Keep accurate records of all lifting operations, including lift plans, risk assessments, and incident reports
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on lifting operations and address any concerns or issues
• Train and mentor new lifting personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement new processes or procedures to enhance the efficiency and safety of lifting operations.
