Job summary

noon is seeking a highly analytical Project Manager, Lifestyle, in Dubai to own high-priority initiatives across Fashion, Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear. You will drive projects end-to-end, build financial models, and translate business needs into concrete product requirements with Product and Technology teams.

You will develop AI-powered prototypes, dashboards, and automations while aligning stakeholders across Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes for

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with an MBA or equivalent background.
• 3–7 years in analytical, execution-focused roles (consulting, ecommerce, ops).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from idea to implementation.
• Strong SQL and Python skills to build AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to write product specs and translate needs into requirements.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive GM’s priority projects across Fashion, Beauty, Watches, Eyewear from planning to execution.
• Manage strategic initiatives: store-to-door, retail, cross-border, partnerships.
• Build project plans with owners, timelines, milestones, deliverables.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and analyses for decisions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements with Product/Tech teams.
• Build AI prototypes, scripts, dashboards, automations with Python/SQL.
• Prioritize Lifestyle AI and automation backlog with dedicated engineer.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance, and category teams.
• Identify risks and drive blockers to resolution.
• Track performance and report updates to GM and leadership.
