ACCELLOR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development and evolution of enterprise digital and web-based products. You will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery for digital/web applications, translating business priorities into actionable plans.

ACCELLOR is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and evolution of enterprise digital and web-based products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for digital/web applications.
• Translate business strategy and executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
• Partner directly with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior leadership to understand business requirements and strategic priorities.
• Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Work closely with UX/UI, architecture, engineering, DevOps and delivery teams.
• Define user journeys, product requirements, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Prioritize features and manage product backlogs based on business value and user impact.
• Drive development and enhancement of modern web and digital platforms.
• Bring strong understanding of procurement and operational processes into product design and prioritization.
• Conduct workshops and executive presentations and communicate product recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure products deliver measurable improvements in customer/user experience and operational efficiency.
• Support digital transformation and AI-enabled product initiatives where relevant.

Requirements

Total 8-10 years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.

Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and Computer Vision projects.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and governance.

Coordinate MLOps activities including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.

Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executives.

Prior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projects.

Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, and MS Project.

Knowledge of Big data, Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server.

Knowledge of AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or Reporting.

Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.

Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.

Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Identify opportunities/gaps to drive new projects, drive discussions with stakeholders to build required collateral to seek funding for new projects Identify opportunities to expand business.
