General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority - GCGRA is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the digitized regulatory licensing and investigations platform. The role focuses on regulatory frameworks, business analysis, and balanced collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery.

The ideal candidate has a background in business/IT, regulatory projects, and demonstrated ability to document processes using UML/BPMN.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Manager or Business Analyst in regulatory/compliance projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
• Proficient in documenting business processes using UML/BPMN.
• Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Trello, and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: gather and validate licensing requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze current systems and identify business process gaps and improvements.
• Create clear documentation for processes, regulatory interpretations, and licensing practices.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and coordinate with Digital Delivery team and developers.
• Support UAT and assist stakeholders in validating the final product.
• Assist with project planning and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Prepare user manuals and training materials for the platform.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Manager to join our team for the ongoing development of a digitized regulatory licensing amp investigations platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, project management, and software development processes. The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful delivery of a tool that meets compliance and regulatory needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager Business Analyst or in a related role preferably in regulatory or compliance projects and or commercial gaming
• Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using tools like UML BPMN or similar methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership 1 1 Requirements Gathering
   • Collaborate with stakeholders including internal teams and end-users to clarify and validate licensing related business needs
   • Provide input to Digital Delivery team on requirement ensuring regulatory and operational considerations are fully understood
   • Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement from a business perspective
2. Business Process Analysis
   • Conduct thorough analyses of business workflows to understand regulatory licensing requirements
   • Develop process maps workflows and use cases to visualize and communicate proposed changes
3. Documentation
   • Create and maintain clear concise documentation for business processes regulatory interpretations and licensing practices
   • Produce detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making
4. Stakeholder Communication
   • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and project objectives
   • Work closely with the Digital Delivery team who will act as the primary liaison with the developers vendors ensuring business needs are clearly communicated and understood
5. Testing and Validation
   • Perform initial and ongoing user acceptance testing UAT and support UAT by assisting business stakeholders in validating the final product
6. Project Management Support
   • Support project planning by providing input from a Licensing perspective
   • Track project progress and report on status to business stakeholders
7. Training and Guidance
   • Support the preparation of user manuals stakeholder guidance and training materials for all aspects of the platform
