Job summary

Du Pay is hiring a senior product leader to shape lending and embedded insurance strategy across consumer, SME and merchants. You will own the portfolio, craft customer propositions, and scale partnerships with banks, insurers, fintechs, and tech providers.

Bring deep experience in digital lending, data-driven decisioning, and end-to-end product lifecycle management to drive growth and value for millions of customers in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership defining strategy and roadmaps for financial products.
• Experience in digital lending, embedded finance, and credit analytics.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC financial services and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute du Pay's lending and embedded insurance strategy, including multi-year roadmaps.
• Identify and develop high-value opportunities across consumer, SME, merchant segments.
• Own and evolve du Pay's lending portfolio including micro-lending and BNPL.
• Design propositions, eligibility, pricing, repayment, and acquisition strategies.
• Develop embedded insurance propositions across remittances, payments, lending, etc.
• Build data-driven lending capabilities with analytics and predictive models.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Data, UX, Operations, and providers.
