Job summary

du is seeking a senior Manager – Investment Products to define and lead the end-to-end investment product strategy for the du Pay ecosystem in Dubai. You will own the roadmap, develop business cases, coordinate with Technology and UX, and manage partnerships while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role requires 5–8+ years in fintech product management, with strong knowledge across asset classes and digital assets, delivering market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, fintech, wealthtech, investment platforms, brokerage, asset management or digital financial services.
• Proven experience owning a financial product from concept to launch.
• Experience developing investment, savings, wealth, trading or digital asset products.
• Strong understanding of multiple asset classes (equities, ETFs, funds, fixed income, savings, precious metals).
• Experience with financial institutions, asset managers, brokers, custodians or fintech partners.
• Product leadership and roadmap skills.
• Commercial acumen and partnership economics.
• Investment knowledge and markets.
• Partnership management and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Translate business, customer and market requirements into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Prepare product requirements documents, user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Technology, Engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive and scalable customer experiences.
• Manage the investment products backlog and priorities development activities.
• Define Minimum Viable Products and balance speed to market with customer experience and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and ensure operational readiness before launch.
• Lead product launches and post-launch optimization.
• Develop strategic partnerships and oversee governance with external partners.
