Job summary

Kerzner International, owner of Atlantis Dubai, is seeking a Manager, Sales in Leisure Sales to drive growth across MENA markets for Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.

The role focuses on developing key accounts, penetrating new opportunities, and building partnerships with DMCs, wholesalers, and agencies while achieving revenue and occupancy targets. Frequent travel and a track record in luxury hospitality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development in leisure sales across MENA.
• Luxury 5-star property experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market initiatives, including roadshows, sales missions, elite events, and trade shows.
• Represent Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal at international trade shows and industry events.
• Conduct regular sales calls and maintain consistent communication with key accounts and market partners.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to maximize revenue, occupancy, average rates, and overall business volume.
• Develop strategies to generate business during low-demand periods and increase local F&B revenue.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and territories, ensuring strong account penetration and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback and communicate insights to support decisions and growth.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to maximize market penetration and opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual KPIs and manage all account-related targets.
• Travel to key MENA markets as required to support business development.
