Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager, Leisure Sales (Russia/CIS) to drive room nights and revenue across Russia and CIS markets. You will manage key partners, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen Atlantis Dubai's market position.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, fluent Russian and English, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
• Fluent Russian and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs and other partners in Russia/CIS.
• Support the Russia/CIS sales strategy to achieve room night, revenue and market share objectives.
• Coordinate partner requests relating to rates, offers, promotions and bookings; ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain Russia/CIS sales reports, trackers and commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and other Commercial teams to execute opportunities.
