Job summary

TalentsTide in Dubai seeks a Legal Officer to provide legal and administrative support for a prominent government entity. You will conduct legal research, prepare case documentation and investigation reports, maintain confidential records, and coordinate with courts and authorities to ensure timely, compliant case management.

Key duties include transcribing legal interviews, hearings and investigations; maintaining records; monitoring case progress and providing status updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE legal experience.
• Experience in legal transcription and investigation report preparation for court submission.
• Must have UAE family book.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide legal administrative support.
• Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and court-related documentation.
• Perform accurate transcription of legal interviews, hearings, and investigations.
• Coordinate with courts, government authorities, and external legal counsel as required.
• Maintain legal records and ensure confidentiality of all case-related information.
• Monitor legal cases and provide status updates to management.
