Madison Pearl Ltd. in Dubai is seeking a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Legal team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality candidates and managing recruitment processes end-to-end from briefing to completion.

You will recruit for leading international and regional law firms across real estate, construction and technology, building strong client and candidate relationships and developing talent networks in the UAE and GCC.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Ambitious, hardworking and genuinely enjoys recruitment.
• Based in Dubai with long-term UAE career focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from briefing to successful placement with high service levels.
• Work with clients to understand technical, commercial and cultural requirements of each position.
• Develop targeted search strategies and identify talent through database searches, market mapping, networking and direct approaches.
• Engage with legal professionals, assess experience and fit, present high-quality candidates to clients.

Madison Pearl is looking to hire a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Legal team in Dubai.

Our Legal team works with leading international and regional law firms, as well as businesses across sectors including real estate, construction and technology, on legal mandates throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and the wider GCC. With an established client and candidate network and a strong pipeline of work, this is an opportunity to join a busy and well-established team, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality candidates and managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to successful placement, ensuring a high level of service and communication throughout.
• Working closely with clients to understand the technical, commercial and cultural requirements of each position.
• Developing targeted search strategies and identifying relevant talent through database searches, market mapping, networking, referrals and direct approaches.
• Engaging with legal professionals, assessing their experience, motivations and suitability, and presenting high-quality candidates to clients with clear insight into their background and fit.
• Managing candidate and client communication throughout the process, ensuring expectations are aligned and momentum is maintained.
• Coordinating interviews, preparing candidates, gathering feedback and managing the process through to offer, including supporting negotiations.
• Developing a strong understanding of the legal market, including firms, practice areas, individual lawyers, market movements, salaries and hiring trends.
• Conducting market research and mapping to identify talent pools, understand market activity and provide clients with relevant insight.

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, hardworking and genuinely enjoys recruitment. Ideally, you will have 2–4 years’ experience in agency or in-house recruitment, although legal recruitment experience is not essential. You will be someone who:

• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working with individuals from different backgrounds and levels of seniority.
• Is curious, commercially minded and keen to continuously learn about new markets, businesses and people.
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and finding the right candidate, rather than simply filling a vacancy.
• Is resilient, motivated by results and receptive to feedback and development.
• Works well as part of a team, while having the ambition to develop their own relationships and commercial skills over time.

You should also be currently based in Dubai and looking to build a long-term career in the UAE.

You do not need to be a legal expert when you join us. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, communication skills and willingness to learn. We will provide the training, support and exposure required to develop your knowledge of the legal market and become a specialist recruiter.
