Madison Pearl Ltd. in Dubai is seeking a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Legal team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality candidates and managing recruitment processes end-to-end from briefing to completion.

You will recruit for leading international and regional law firms across real estate, construction and technology, building strong client and candidate relationships and developing talent networks in the UAE and GCC.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years’ experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Ambitious, hardworking and genuinely enjoys recruitment.
• Based in Dubai with long-term UAE career focus.

Aufgaben

• Manage recruitment assignments from briefing to successful placement with high service levels.
• Work with clients to understand technical, commercial and cultural requirements of each position.
• Develop targeted search strategies and identify talent through database searches, market mapping, networking and direct approaches.
• Engage with legal professionals, assess experience and fit, present high-quality candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, gather feedback and support negotiations.
• Develop understanding of the legal market, firms, practice areas and hiring trends.
• Conduct market research and mapping to identify talent pools and provide clients with insights.
