CONFIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY DUBAI is seeking a qualified Legal Officer to join its Dubai team on-site. The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across property transactions, leases, sales, and service agreements, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will advise internal stakeholders, coordinate with external counsel, maintain organized records, and monitor changes in UAE real estate and corporate law to ensure ongoing compliance and sound

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Law and Business Law applicable to real estate and commercial operations.
• Contract Law and Legal Document Preparation for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• Experience in Legal Consulting, offering clear, practical advice to internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and corporate laws, or ability to quickly learn local legal frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Role Description

The Legal Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for providing legal support across the company’s real estate activities. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents related to property transactions, leases, sales, and service agreements. The role involves advising internal stakeholders on business law, contract law, and regulatory compliance, as well as identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions. The Legal Officer will coordinate with external legal counsel when required, maintain organized legal records, and ensure that company policies align with applicable laws. Day-to-day tasks also include supporting dispute resolution, responding to legal inquiries, and keeping the company informed of relevant legislative and regulatory changes.

• Candidates should possess a law degree (LLB or equivalent) and relevant professional qualifications; admission to practice in a recognized jurisdiction is an advantage.
