• Senior leadership role with mandate to build a regional Legal Engineering function.
• Arabic capability and knowledge of local hosting/data protection are essential.
• Experience with enterprise engagements and managing multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the ME Legal Engineering function from Dubai office.
• Hire and develop Legal Engineers, create a succession plan.
• Oversee governance, risk, and quality across engagements.
• Partner with regional commercial leadership on accounts and escalations.
