Job summary

LAWDXB Lawyers in Dubai seeks a proactive Business Development Executive – Legal Sales to drive growth. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging corporate and individual clients, and presenting tailored legal services.

You will coordinate with lawyers to align client needs with offerings, prepare proposals, and support negotiations while tracking market trends and client interactions to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in new business development and lead generation.
• Strong business acumen, understanding of legal services and UAE market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Account management capabilities and client satisfaction focus.
• Legal sales or B2B sales experience, preferably UAE/GCC.
• Ability to collaborate with legal teams and manage multiple prospects.
• Proficient in CRM tools and basic office software for pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing or related field; certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic beneficial for regional engagement.

Responsibilities
