Job summary

Sobha Group is seeking a strategic Head of Legal to lead the legal function within the United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing executive counsel, managing contract drafting and negotiations across SPA, construction, JV, land, and procurement, and supervising litigation and dispute resolution.

The position requires deep knowledge of UAE real estate law (DLD, RERA, escrow) and advising on land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership structuring.

Qualifications
