Job summary

Mira Construction seeks a senior in-house counsel to lead all legal matters in real estate development and investments in the UAE. You will advise on land acquisitions, JVs, structuring, and financing, and oversee major development and construction agreements.

The role requires a highly experienced lawyer with UAE/GCC exposure, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage disputes and external counsel. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong, hands-on real estate development experience is essential. Proven experience with major development projects, acquisitions, JVs and investments. Strong construction and commercial contracting experience. Experience handling complex negotiations and disputes. UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to advise CEOs, Boards, shareholders and investors. Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial judgement. Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage. Qualified lawyer with a recognised legal qualification/bar admission.
