Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC in Dubai seeks an experienced Legal Advisor to join its leadership team. This strategic role provides legal guidance and risk management across a wide range of business activities.

You will lead commercial contracts, advise senior leadership on regulatory issues, and oversee compliance and governance frameworks, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with Finance, HR and Operations to align legal and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate or commercial law experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; UAE license/eligibility to practice.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and regional laws with business impact.
