Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sous Chef – Lebanese Specialty to lead the prep, production and presentation of authentic Lebanese cuisine within a 5-star luxury hotel. You will support the Executive Chef, supervise culinary colleagues, and uphold luxury hospitality standards to deliver memorable dining experiences.

The role requires strong Lebanese culinary expertise, hands-on leadership, and a focus on consistent quality, safety compliance, and guest satisfaction in a premium

Formación

• Minimum 4–6 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or fine-dining establishments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory culinary role.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in authentic Lebanese cuisine.
• Experience working within an international luxury hospitality environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Lebanese dishes to the highest luxury hotel standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion control, and presentation across all menu items.
• Develop and recommend innovative Lebanese and regional menu offerings while preserving traditional culinary techniques.
• Monitor food production to ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
• Participate in menu planning, seasonal promotions, and special culinary events.
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop culinary team members within the assigned kitchen.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards at all times.
• Ensure guest preferences, special dietary requirements, and allergy requests are handled professionally.
