Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Leasing Consultants.
• Set leasing targets and monitor performance.
• Reduce vacancy periods and ensure active marketing of units.
• Oversee leasing of luxury/high-value properties.
• Collaborate with Property Management on vacancies and renewals.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy and leasing turnaround time.
• Coach agents on prospecting, negotiations and closing.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify improvements.
• Support agents in closing high-value leases.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and clients.
• Monitor market trends and pricing across Dubai areas.
• Ensure CRM and availability records are updated.
