Job summary

Keyper, a UAE PropTech and FinTech startup, is seeking a Leasing Team Lead to drive growth, optimize occupancy, manage a high-performing team, and promote RNPM and the digital rent platform.

The ideal candidate has a business/real estate background with 5+ years in leasing, leadership experience, and strong negotiation and analytical skills, plus knowledge of UAE regulations (RERA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years leasing/real estate operations experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing leasing performance and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the leasing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Set and monitor KPIs to optimize occupancy, revenue, and client experience.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to inform pricing, portfolio performance, and expansion plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing professionals to achieve targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, growth, and collaboration.
• Oversee the full leasing process — from onboarding and pricing to tenant acquisition and renewals.
• Drive adoption of RNPM and digital payment solutions within leasing.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy.

Leasing Team Lead will lead Keyper’s leasing function, driving growth, efficiency, and exceptional client experience across all leasing operations. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will also play a key role in promoting Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Monthly (RNPM) solution and digital rent payment platform, building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the leasing cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the leasing strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Establish clear performance metrics and career development plans for the team.
• Oversee the full leasing process — from property onboarding and pricing strategy to tenant acquisition and renewals.
• Drive adoption of Keyper’s RNPL and digital payment solutions within the leasing function.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance leasing efficiency, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key partners in the real estate ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy and decision-making.
• Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in leasing or real estate operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing leasing performance and driving business growth.
• Strong people management and coaching experience.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to and champion digital solutions (PropTech / FinTech exposure preferred).
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
