Al Sahraa Group is seeking a dedicated educator support professional in the UAE to work with students of determination. The role focuses on enabling access to curriculum, participation in classroom activities, and development across behavioral, emotional, social, and communication skills.

You will implement IEPs with accuracy, maintain records, and communicate progress to teachers. A collaborative, multicultural environment provides opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, or Bachelor’s degree in special education.
• Relevant training in special education or inclusion support is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic (spoken and written).
• Professional, committed, and compassionate approach to working with students.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
• Innovative, flexible, resourceful, and enthusiastic personality.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student development.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student development.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; OR

Bachelor's degree in special education (experience not mandatory).

Relevant training in special education or inclusion support is an advantage.

Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic (spoken and written).
