Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated education support professional to assist students with special needs across classroom and non-classroom settings. You will help implement IEPs, monitor progress, and tailor resources to diverse needs within a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, empathy, and teamwork, with Arabic-English bilingual candidates highly preferred. Prior SEN experience is highly valued in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in special education, education, psychology, or a related field.
• CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Additional certifications such as RBT or SEN-related qualifications are preferred.
• Previous experience working with Students of Determination / Special Educational Needs is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic-English bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• Patient, empathetic, organized, and able to work effectively within a team.
