Melodica is seeking an Learning & Development professional to build and deliver practical training programmes across its Dubai-based branches. You will identify capability gaps, create accessible learning materials and coach managers to drive on-the-job performance improvements with classroom, digital and blended methods.

You will conduct needs analyses, design calendars, develop content with SMEs, and ensure consistent induction and onboarding across departments, locations and functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development covering needs analysis, programme design, facilitation and evaluation.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and different business functions.
• Practical experience delivering blended learning and producing usable training materials.
• Relevant qualification or demonstrated professional capability in L&D; experience in education, retail, hospitality or consumer services is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training needs analysis using business priorities, manager input, performance information and employee feedback.
• Create a group learning plan and training calendar covering relevant operational, service, sales and management needs.
• Design learning programmes, facilitator guides, job aids and digital resources with clear objectives and practical application.
• Deliver engaging workshops and blended learning; adapt methods for different roles, experience levels and locations.
• Work with subject-matter experts to develop technical content while retaining ownership of learning design and delivery quality.
• Support consistent induction and role onboarding with HR and department leaders; equip managers to reinforce learning at work.
• Coordinate attendance, venues, learning systems and external providers; maintain accurate training and completion records.
• Evaluate knowledge, skill application and relevant performance changes; revise programmes based on evidence and feedback.
