Job summary

Hoxton Wealth in Dubai is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to manage the 360Learning LMS and continuously improve the firm's learning infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure training content remains current, accessible, and relevant, while monitoring completion and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Demonstrable experience coordinating training programmes in a professional services or regulated environment
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear reporting
• Attention to detail in completion tracking and compliance

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the 360Learning LMS as the central platform
• Coordinate end-to-end course creation with SMEs
• Monitor training completion and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to translate training needs into structured solutions
• Coordinate education support requests and manage external training providers
• Support the Global Head of HR on the annual L&D plan and initiatives
