Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a temporary Learning and Development Assistant to provide administrative, digital and coordination support for organisation-wide learning activities across its headquarters and schools. Working under the guidance of the Head of Learning and Development, you will support Talent Hub and other approved learning platforms.

You will handle learner assistance, course administration, content uploads, training logistics, data maintenance and routine reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Technology, Instructional Design or a related field is desirable.
• Minimum one to two years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in Learning and Development, HR or training administration is advantageous.
• Practical exposure to a learning management system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for Learning and Development activities.
• Deliver first-line technical assistance for routine learning-platform matters.
• Support the daily administration of Talent Hub and other approved systems.
• Create and update learner profiles, access records and learning assignments.
• Maintain accurate user information and other routine platform data.
• Upload and test approved courses and learning materials.
• Update course catalogues according to established procedures.
• Conduct basic system and data-quality checks.
• Assist learners with routine navigation, access and course-completion enquiries.
