Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all training programmes and workshops.
• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
• Facilitate induction programmes and internal workshops.
• Develop, update, and review training materials.
• Coordinate onboarding programmes for new joiners.
• Manage training assignments within the LMS.
