Job summary

SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and lead servers in delivering exceptional guest service. You will work closely with the leadership team to maximize sales, maintain standards, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

The role requires a proactive, guest-focused approach, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a busy hotel environment. Dubai-based, full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in Restaurants and Bars.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Gracious, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Work well with colleagues and departments to deliver excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Assist leadership in achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Guide and lead the server team and perform supervisor duties.
• Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling.
• Maintain cash handling discipline and safeguard floats.
• Work within budgeted costs and minimize overtime.
• Record voids and report discrepancies to the Restaurant Manager.
• Liaise with Head Chef and Reception on a regular basis.
• Provide regular handover at shift start and end.
