Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design of digital payments and wallet solutions across mobile and web, applying UX strategy, UI, interaction, visual design, and motion.

You will transform transaction-heavy fintech workflows into intuitive experiences, define design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and risk teams in an Agile environment to deliver premium, scalable payment platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of product design experience in digital payments/FinTech.
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end mobile-first products with premium UI and design systems.
• Expert in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, FigJam, and Miro.
• Experience with payment flows, KYC, onboarding, authentication, and wallets.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete design lifecycle from discovery through handoff to developers.
• Create user journeys for wallets, transfers, QR payments, and checkout.
• Translate complex payment workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Build and scale enterprise design systems and components.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Ops in Agile cycles.
• Present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with clear rationale.
