Job summary

TARGET Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Discipline Manager - Static to lead all static equipment engineering from design through project completion on major Oil & Gas EPC projects.

You will oversee pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers and related supports, ensuring compliance with ASME, API, ANSI and ISO codes while guiding a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and designers.

Qualifications

15+ years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial projects.
Minimum 7 years in a managerial or discipline leadership role.
Proven EPC project experience from engineering through construction and commissioning.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and coordinating with construction teams.
Strong exposure to Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Static Equipment Packages.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage static equipment engineering activities from design through project completion.
Review and approve equipment datasheets, technical specifications, vendor documentation, design calculations and deviations.
Ensure deliverables align with schedules, budgets and quality standards; provide technical leadership and mentorship.
